What are the costs for programs?

Fitness Classes- $1 (Senior General)

$2 (Rec Card)

$3 (General)

**Seniors with a Rec Card can participate in all Open Gym Activities and Fitness Classes for FREE!

What are your hours?

Our hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - Thursday - 8:00am - 7:00pm

Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday - 8:00am - 12:00pm

Our daily schedule fluctuates based on programs and classes that are being offered. Please visit our calendar for more details.

Do you have gym equipment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer standard gym equipment at the Rec Center. This includes bench presses, treadmills, elliptical machines, etc.

However, the use of resistance bands, battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, weight bars, etc. are a part of many of the scheduled fitness classes offered here.
